Prior to serving as the Preconstruction Manager role at Turner, Andy served as the Procurement Manager for Turner for 8 years.  During this time, Andy oversaw all awards for the Connecticut office, with a focus on managing our clients risks with various insurance and bonding strategies to address each project unique challenges.
