Katie DeLuca
Human Resources Generalist
As Human Resources Generalist, Katie provides guidance to the Connecticut Business Unit for Human Resources functions including recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits. She focuses on creating and establishing a trusting and safe environment where employees can openly engage with HR. Katie started her career working in the HR department at a high-end bike company. She joined Turner in 2019 and has worked as the HR Generalist in CT for the last 4 years. She is an active member of the Turner CT’s Inclusion Focus Group that focuses on fostering an environment that allows all employees opportunities for growth, achievement, and recognition.
Denise Goodman
Community & Citizenship and Inclusion
& Diversity, Senior Coordinator
In partnership with Turner CT’s senior leadership, Denise identifies targeted opportunities for community partnerships, and guides the advancement of inclusion and diversity initiatives internally and externally. Prior to Turner, Denise managed community relations and DEI strategic projects at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Hunter College in NYC. She holds a B.A. in Political Science & Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Marketing & Management of Organizations from Columbia Business School.
